I had to re-watch the movie The Talented Mr. Ripley to sort of be clear on the connection to this podcast, and I realized that the main character in the movie is one big "fucked-up, con artist of a gay guy".

I wonder (and here's my imagination running wild) if CC ever did get to meet his "friend" for real, would it turn out to be as nasty as in the movie? Hmmm...
