I went to the link, but I think we need more information other than threatening his victims and their families. What has he done--did he have a record? Was he notorious for befriending people then robbing them? Where does he usually hang out--area of operation, residence, etc? Is he active in chatrooms?
NELZ: Maybe you can email the victim and ask for more details cuz I'm not too familiar exactly with the crimes committed. All I know is that after the victim brought him home, the next morning when he woke up the guy had snuck out early in the morning, taking with him the victim's phone, money and other valuables.
