Sacha Guitry once said, "You can pretend to be serious, but you can't pretend to be witty." Oh yes, I'm the great pretender.

Now That’s What I Call Packaging!
Presenting the Panasonic RP-HJE 130 headphones. Not even Apple has packaging this witty.

Wow and from Panasonic no less.... Having worked there as a consumer products design engineer, I will tell you that they were one of the most conservative in the industry when it comes to designs and packaging. Good job on this one!
@FIRSTNAME: Thank you for the info, but Fickle Cattle beat you to it in my "Inception" blog entry: http://mcvie5.blogspot.com/2010/07/midsummer-nights-movie.html
though this is extremely cute and clever, and kudos to the product team for bending backwards to execute a designer's concept, i still believe this is a design innovation built on a creative platform pioneered by Apple - sleek, clean, minimal.
@CLOSETCASE: Which is precisely why I like it. It takes Apple's creative platform and does one better. (At least for one product; but can Panasonic maintain such packaging excellence? That remains to be seen.)
